Faculty and Assistant Faculty
Epsilon Camp is seeking mathematicians to join our distinguished faculty. Faculty applicants must be mathematicians who have published in mathematical journals in their field of research; faculty applicants for the 7-8 age group are not required to have published. All applicants should have interest and experience in working with highly gifted children 7 to 12 years of age with exceptional mathematical ability and a love of mathematics.

Counselors
Epsilon Camp is seeking students of mathematics who are passionate about sharing their love of mathematics with young students. The ideal candidate is someone who is both knowledgeable and enthusiastic about mathematics, who is excited about working with children, and who can be depended upon to keep a group of campers safe, supervised, and engaged.
Compensation for this position will be a base salary of $2500, room and board, and travel expenses to and from camp. Counselors must be on site from Thursday prior to the start of camp (July 16, 2026) to Monday following the end of camp (August 3, 2026).

Finance and Operations Specialist
Epsilon Camp is seeking a detail-oriented Finance and Operations Specialist to support our core financial and administrative functions. This role is responsible for accounting, payroll administration, and compliance, while also supporting admissions and seasonal staff operations.
The ideal candidate has strong accounting fundamentals, experience with payroll and multi-state compliance, and thrives in a small, collaborative, mission-driven environment.
This is a part-time, year-round remote role with flexible hours, though workload varies seasonally around admissions and summer camp preparation.
Compensation is $40–$60 per hour, depending on experience, for approximately 700–800 hours per year.
