Tuition

Epsilon Camp 2019 tuition for each camper is $2600. This includes tuition and meals for the camper, but NOT housing. Camper meals include breakfast, lunch, and dinner, beginning with dinner on the arrival date (Sunday) and ending with breakfast on the departure date (Sunday).

A limited amount of financial aid is available.

Housing

Housing is NOT included with camper fees. Housing costs are $50 per night per family when a camper and parent are sharing a quad suite with another family. Parents of the same gender will be paired if splitting a quad with another camper family. If the family would like a private quad suite, housing costs are $100 per night per family. Suites house up to four people. We encourage you to split a quad if only one person is attending with the camper. Lodging fees include linen and towel sets. On-campus housing is offered to families that desire accommodations for the full 14 nights of camp. On-campus housing requests for fewer than 14 nights will be considered on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed. We encourage campers to stay on campus, but families are also able to make their own independent housing arrangements.

Meals

Camper meals are included in tuition. All other attendees staying on campus must also purchase a meal plan at the following rates:

  • 0-2 years – no charge

  • 3-10 years – $15 per day

  • 11 and up – $30 per day.

Estimated Cost per Camper and Non-camper Attendee

Camper: estimated $3,050. The break down is as follows:

  • $2,600, tuition (includes camper's meals);

  • $350, lodging (this is the camper portion based on camper and parent sharing a quad suite with another family);

  • $100, field trips (optional).

Non-camper attendee: estimated $870. The break down is as follows:

  • $350, lodging (this is the non-camper portion based on camper and parent sharing a quad suite with another family);

  • $420, meals;

  • $100, field trips (optional).

For a camper and parent combined, the estimated cost would be $3,920.

You will also need to plan for travel costs to and from camp for each camper and non-camper attendee.

A rental car is optional: many families choose not to rent a car and instead use a taxi service or public transportation as needed. If you will have a car and are staying on campus, the parking fee is included in the housing cost.
