Tuition

Epsilon Camp 2026 tuition for each camper is $3250 plus a non-refundable registration fee of $150. This amount does not include meals or housing.

Financial aid is available for eligible families, covering up to full cost of attendance including meals and housing for camper and one accompanying adult.

Housing

Families will be housed in the Living Learning Community at Utah State University. On-campus housing is an additional cost to camper tuition and will be required for all families attending Epsilon Camp. Living on campus helps families and campers develop a feeling of community. Each family will register for 14 nights of housing.

Costs for housing are $90 per night per suite. Each family occupies one private suite which houses up to four people and includes a private bathroom. There are a limited number of suites which may house five people, available on a first-come first-serve basis. Two suites form an apartment which shares a common living room and kitchenette. Lodging fees include linen and towel sets.

For families of two (one camper and one adult), there is an option to share a suite with another family of two and share the cost.

Meals

Meal plans are $40/day per person. Campers are required to purchase a meal plan and other family members are strongly encouraged to purchase a meal plan.

In addition, there will be a welcome dinner for campers and families on the first night of camp; the cost of the welcome dinner will be determined prior to registration.

Estimated Cost for Camper and Parent

Below, we show the total estimated on-campus costs for one camper and one parent.

   1 camper, 1 parent
Tuition $3,250
Registration Fee   $150
Housing Cost $1,260
Camper Meals $560
Parent Meals $560
TOTAL $5,780

Optional field trips offered on the middle weekend will incur additional costs. Welcome dinner costs are also not included in the table above.

Transportation

Families will also need to plan for travel costs to and from camp for each camper and non-camper attendee. The Salt Lake Express runs shuttles between the Salt Lake City airport and Utah State University. Alternatively, some families choose to rent cars. If you will have a car and are staying on campus, the parking fee is $10 per day.

Deposit

A deposit of $1000 plus $150 registration fee per camper is required within 14 days of admission to Epsilon Camp. New admits to Epsilon Camp will be sent instructions on how to pay the deposit, and the registration process for housing and meals.

Payment of Balance

Payment of remaining balance of tuition, housing, and meals for all campers and attendees is due on May 1, 2026.

Registrations for which final payments and/or required camp forms have not been submitted by the May 1 deadline will be subject to a $200 late fee, in addition to any costs incurred from the host university due to late registration or changes.

2026 Refund Policy

For newly admitted campers, withdrawal requests received in writing no later than March 1, 2026 will result in a full refund of all paid fees except for the $150 registration fee. After March 1, tuition deposits of $1,000 per camper and the $150 registration fee are non-refundable. For returning campers, please note that once the deposit is paid, it is non-refundable. The remaining balance of tuition, room, and board is due by May 1, 2026. After this date, no refunds will be issued for withdrawals, for any reason. Epsilon Camp recommends families consider purchasing travel insurance to protect their payments in the event that they are unable to attend or must leave camp early due to an emergency.

Epsilon Camp reserves the right to cancel or shift to an online format in the event of a public health emergency, natural disaster, or other unforeseen circumstance that prevents safe in-person operations.
