Fundraising Wrap-up 2025

Thank you to everyone who supported Epsilon Camp in 2025! In total, our 2025 fundraising campaign raised $196,385, exceeding our campaign goal of $150,000.

In 2025, due to the generosity of our donors, we were able to provide financial aid to every qualified applicant. Our campers were supported by more than $40,000 in financial aid, including Epsilon Camp funds and external scholarships.

We were also able to pay faculty and counselor competitive salaries in line with other comparable camps. Your generous contributions in 2025 will help us to maintain our financial aid competitive salaries. They will also help us move towards hiring professional support in operations and administration, as we transition from year-to-year operation towards long term stability and improvement.

We deeply appreciate all of your contributions, big and small, as we work to ensure that every applicant who qualifies for Epsilon Camp is able to afford our program, and to ensure long-term sustainability and continued success of Epsilon Camp.

Fundraising Campaign 2025

Our fundraising goal this year is $150,000, with the aim to sustain and grow our exceptional program. We are committed to ensuring affordability without raising tuition, while moving away from the volunteer model we used for our first decade. Therefore, we now rely on donations to provide financial aid and pay administrative staff to manage our growing nonprofit organization. Your support will enable us to:

  • Maintain our commitment to financial aid.

  • Maintain fair compensation for academic staff.

  • Hire an additional administrative support person to help with accounting, HR, and compliance.

  • Move towards offering fair compensation for camp leadership and staff, many of whom are currently working on a volunteer basis or receiving nominal pay.

  • Grow our endowment fund so that we can continue running a high quality program for the long-term that leaves a lasting, positive impact on campers and their families.
