Tuition

Epsilon Camp 2018 tuition for each camper is $2600. This includes tuition and meals for the camper, but NOT housing. Camper meals include breakfast, lunch, and dinner, beginning with dinner on the arrival date (Sunday) and ending with breakfast on the departure date (Sunday).

A limited amount of financial aid is available.

Housing

Housing is NOT included with camper fees. Housing will be $29 per person per night for two people staying in a private suite. Suites house up to four people, and families with three or four people in a suite will pay a reduced fee of $25 per person per night. Lodging fees include linen and towel sets. Each family occupies a private suite that includes a private bathroom. Common kitchens for meal warming with refrigerators and coffee machines are available. On-campus housing is offered to families that desire accommodations for the full 14 nights of camp. On-campus housing requests for fewer than 14 nights will be considered on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed. Families are also able to make their own independent housing arrangements.

Meals

Camper meals are included in tuition. All other attendees will have meal options with prices available soon.

Estimated Cost per Camper and Non-camper Attendee

Camper: estimated $3,106. The break down is as follows:

  • $2,600, tuition (includes camper's meals);
  • $406, lodging (this is the camper portion based on two people per suite: camper and parent);
  • $100, field trips (optional).

Non-camper attendee: estimated $806. The break down is as follows:

  • $406, lodging (this is the non-camper portion based on two people per suite: camper and parent);;
  • $300, meals;
  • $100, field trips (optional).

For a camper and parent combined, the estimated cost would be $3,912.

You will also need to plan for travel costs to and from camp for each camper and non-camper attendee.

A rental car is optional: many families choose not to rent a car and instead use a taxi service or public transportation as needed. We anticipate a charter bus option between the airport and Weber State campus.

Whom to Pay

Please make all checks payable to Epsilon Camp.

Deposit

The registration form and deposit of $1000 per camper is required within 15 days of admission to Epsilon Camp. In addition, a registration form and deposit of $100 for each family member planning to attend is required to ensure adequate housing for all attendees. Admission to Epsilon Camp does not hold a spot, as we have rolling admissions after February 12, 2018. Registration forms and deposit payments are due no later than 15 days after notification of admission. Space cannot be held without a deposit.

Payment of Balance

Payment of remaining balance of tuition and housing for all campers and attendees is due on May 15, 2018. Invoices will be emailed in April, 2018.

Refunds

Invoices are payable in full no later than May 15, 2018. Withdrawal requests received in writing no later than May 15, 2018 will have all paid fees refunded in full, minus an administrative fee of $100. Withdrawals after May 15, 2018, for any reason, must be paid in full. Epsilon Camp recommends travel insurance, such as TravMark™, to protect your travel, tuition and room and board payments in case you are unable to attend camp or must leave early due to emergency.
